Nashville, Tenn., August 15, 2008 – The law firm of Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry, PLC is pleased to announce that Tranny P. Arnold IV has joined the firm's Real Estate and Finance practice as an Associate.

Arnold joins the firm after practicing for two years in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he was a member of the capital markets team. In this position he dealt with commercial mortgage backed securities, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, and securities listed on foreign stock exchanges.

In his new role at Boult Cummings, Arnold will focus his practice on commercial real estate, telecommunications and commercial lending.

Arnold received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006 and his undergraduate degree in Accounting and International Business from Georgetown University in 2003.
