Rutherford Officials To Study Tax Plan

Boult Cummings attorney, J. Thomas Trent, Jr., will address the Rutherford County commissioners on the topic of tax-increment financing plans, sometimes referred to as TIFs. The commissioners are debating on whether or not to use TIF for the financing of the proposed Bible Park USA.
