Issues with Specific Plan Zoning

Boult Cummings will host a complimentary legal seminar on specific plan zoning on Wednesday, June 25, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Boult Cummings offices. Boult Cummings attorneys, Jim Murphy and Wesley Weeks, will discuss specific plan zoning and how it compares to PUDs and specific site plan approvals. Following this presentation, there will be a panel discussion with Dan Barge III, Barge Cauthen & Associates; Jeff Heinze, LittleJohn Enginerring Associates; and David Kleinfelter, Metro Planning Commission .

This course has been approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for 2.0 hours of Continuing Education Credit. Attendance at the entire seminar is required in order to receive credit.
