Bob Hannon assists clients in a variety of commercial finance, commercial real estate, corporate and commercial law matters.  Bob's primary focus is representing lenders in all types of commercial loan transactions including syndications, real estate development and construction loans, real estate acquisition loans, asset based loans, floor plan loans, airplane loans, and loans to nonprofit institutions.

Prior to joining Boult Cummings, Bob practiced at the law firm of Stites & Harbison PLLC.  Before attending law school, he was an elementary school teacher with the Washington, D.C. public schools.

Bob received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in May 1998, where he was an editor with the Vanderbilt Law Review. Bob earned his undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in 1993.
