Real Estate Litigation

Whether through trial or settlement, our Real Estate Litigation attorneys are committed to assisting clients in finding the best, most cost-effective resolution to real property disputes. The attorneys who practice in this area have extensive experience litigating the full array of real property disputes and have tried numerous cases in both state and federal court. We have also helped clients resolve real estate disputes through arbitration and mediation.

We take a comprehensive approach to real estate law, regularly collaborating with attorneys in the firm's nationally recognized Real Estate & Finance area to ensure that our clients receive the full benefit of the firm's resources and experience.

Our Real Estate Litigation attorneys represent owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, brokers, borrowers and lenders in a variety of litigation matters. Our experience includes litigation involving a wide variety of real estate-related disputes, including condemnation actions, breach-of-contract claims arising from purchase agreements, escrow agreements, title insurance policies and commercial leases. We have also provided counsel on agreements to pay brokers' commissions, actions to abate nuisances, easement and boundary disputes, and zoning and environmental issues.
