Max Smith assists with a wide range of business litigation matters on behalf of the firm's corporate and individual clients.

Max earned his law degree in May 2007 from the University of Alabama School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served on the Moot Court Board and the National Moot Court Competition team. While working on his law degree, he also served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in Journalism from Washington & Lee University in 2001. Prior to law school, Max worked as a reporter for the Press-Register of Mobile, Ala.
