Institutional Investment

Providing counsel to institutional investors represents a significant portion of Boult Cummings Real Estate & Finance practice. Because of the major growth of real estate-related investment vehicles (transactions involving real estate syndications, tax-exempt finance arrangements, etc.), our Real Estate & Finance attorneys are regularly involved in the representation of sophisticated real estate investors, handling local, national and international transactions.

Our clients include firms involved in all types of real estate investment, including debt, finance and equity organizations. These clients include life insurance and other insurance investors, real estate investment trusts, private partnerships and other investment entities, and foreign investors involved in the acquisition of real estate in the United States.

Through our representation of insurance companies, banks and other lenders, we frequently provide counsel to clients in connection with finance transactions. Working with domestic and foreign trusts, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and insurance companies, we routinely assist in the acquisition of equity interests in real estate.
