Emily Walsh assists with a wide range of business, real estate and construction litigation matters on behalf of the firm's corporate and individual clients. She has represented clients in commercial contract litigation, trade secrets disputes, shareholder litigation, franchise litigation and construction disputes. In addition, Emily has represented the firm's health care clients in the administrative law setting, including matters relating to appeals from nursing home surveys.

Emily is active in the Nashville legal community and is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. She currently serves as Newsletter Editor for the Lawyers Association for Women and on various event committees for the Young Lawyers Division of the Nashville Bar Association. Emily also is committed to pro bono service and volunteers through Nashville Pro Bono program.

Emily earned her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in May 2005. During law school, she served on the staff of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice  and was involved in the Environmental Law Society. She received her undergraduate degree with distinction from the University of Virginia.
