Chris Parker is a member of the firm's Corporate team and assists the firm's clients in the areas of business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and venture capital.

Chris received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, Order of the Coif, where he graduated summa cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing from David Lipscomb University, magna cum laude, in 2003.
