Craig Oliver's practice focuses on labor relations and employment law on behalf of management. He has significant experience in labor relations and union activity issues, Title VII and other employment discrimination litigation, FMLA litigation, trade secrets and non-competition issues, wage and hour laws, alternative dispute resolution and providing general day-to-day advice to employers. Craig's recent experience includes assisting clients in union campaigns, representation and decertification elections and collective bargaining negotiations in six states; opposing and pursuing claims of unfair competition on behalf of companies; and obtaining dismissals of lawsuits alleging race discrimination, gender discrimination, retaliatory discharge and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act and wage and hour laws.
