Charles "Chip" Cain practices in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. Prior to joining Boult Cummings, Chip worked for Community Health Systems (CHS), a leading operator of general acute care hospitals, where he was responsible for compliance and administration of the company's health, welfare and retirement plans for more than 30,000 employees in 22 states. Prior to CHS, Chip served as a Director of Human Resources and a human resources consultant for various healthcare, light manufacturing and retail employers throughout the southeastern United States.

Chip received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2006 where he was inducted into the Cooper's Inn Honor Society and graduated with honors. He received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis in 1995.
