Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions

Boult Cummings Real Estate attorneys assist clients with the acquisition and development of real property for all aspects of real estate development, including retail, office, industrial and residential uses.  We are involved in a wide array of acquisition and development transactions – from resort properties to residential subdivisions; multi-family apartment developments to single-family golf course projects; regional malls to build-to-suit single-tenant facilities; and office buildings to major industrial developments.  Our attorneys assist clients with transactions nationwide.

Our lawyers also routinely represent clients outside the real estate industry. We provide legal counsel for corporate mergers and acquisitions; hospital and health care transactions; and property acquisitions and dispositions of industrial and manufacturing clients.

Our attorneys also assist clients with issues involving acquisitions and dispositions, including finance, development, planning and construction of a project.  Our Real Estate attorneys work closely with our Tax, Business and other Boult Cummings attorneys to provide complete representation for any real estate transaction.
