The compensation and benefits package for Boult Cummings attorneys is very competitive with other Nashville-based firms and comparable with law firms throughout the region. In regard to base salary and relocation/moving expenses, we negotiate on a case-by-case basis.

Boult Cummings provides a number of valuable nontaxable and tax-advantaged benefits to our attorneys, including, but not limited to, health and life insurance, moving expenses, paid bar exam fees and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan. Additionally, Boult Cummings pays most of our attorneys' bar and professional association dues. We also send attorneys to a wide array of CLE.
